Oyomoare Osazuwa-Peters held a Commonwealth Scholarship for a Masters in Environmental Protection and Management at the University of Edinburgh, 2007 and returned home to continue working in the Department of Plant Biology and Biotechnology, University of Benin. Oyomoare is currently a second year doctoral student in the Department of Biology, University of Missouri-Saint Louis, working on a PhD in plant biology.
