Regional Network Coordinator


Gillian is a Commonwealth Scholar from Kenya, currently completing an MSc in Management and Implementation of Development Projects at the University of Manchester. The main focus is how ICT can harness national and international development while looking on other broader and fundamental aspects of development.

Gillian previously completed a BSc in Computer Science at Kabarak University in Kenya. She also worked at the Agriculture, Food and Fisheries Authority (Fibre Crops Directorate) as the Head of ICT.
